Second Chance, December.
Dec. 1st, 2009 11:42 amSup, December.
I know we had words last year. I’m really, really sorry about that whole thing with the Myers kid. I hope you’ve regained mobility in your legs. I also want you to know I’m totally NOT screening your calls, Don’t listen to what January says, he’s just cold and bitter.
So here’s the deal you just got back, lets lay down a couple of things and see if we can come to some sort of agreement.
First, I’ve already started shopping. October was annoyed with me, but I’ve gotten some of my tougher people out of the way. So that’s cool.
Second, my tree is up and trimmed and my house is starting to look pretty nice. Awesome.
Third, November was being a real wet blanket towards the end there. I’m looking outside right now and blue skies. Nice work, December.
So here’s what I expect from you:
I really want to make cookies this year. This means you need to take your time and chill out.
Speaking of chilling out, some snow on Christmas would be a nice touch. It doesn’t have to cover the ground, just some flurries. Not feeling up to snow? A crisp cold day with the scent of a wood fire on the wind works just as well. Just none of that 60 degrees and rainy crap you pulled last year. Maintaining a traditional temperature may also keep me form getting sick this year. I swear to whatever god you believe in, December, that if I get sick this year the Myers kid will look like Kris Kringle to you.
Ahem…
I would also like to finish my shopping in a timely manner. So see my request Re:Cookies.
That’s about all I can think of right now. Seriously, clean up your act. You have a lot of potential. Stop being a joiner, April isn’t worth your time. Be your own month. I’ll check back in a couple of weeks but remember I’ve got my eyes on you.
